The process of recycling aluminum cans during the six weeks demonstrated by the diagram.
Overall, the process of recycling aluminum cans consists of three main stages: preparing raw material, process itself and finished product. In addition, the process is a complex one with involvement of machinery.
In the first stage of the recycling aluminum cans is preparing raw materials. Once used aluminum cans have been collected in a track it then transported to recycling centre and washed in order to remove dirt from it. After washing the aluminum cans are crushed by a machine.
In the next stage of recycling aluminum cans is process itself in the factory. After been crushed the cans then transferred to chemical cleaning where paints and labels are removed using chemical. Then cans moved on heating machine which heats cans until they melts to extract liquid. After have been molten cans are spilled into mold to form aluminum block. Previously cans have been formed into aluminum blocks then they transported to weigh the weight. Once have been weighed the aluminum blocks carried in rolling machine to roll over them.
Finally, the products turns into new cans again.
