Harton has focused on improving it’s outdated entertainment to become residential focused. From warehouses, art centers, and an old town since 2008, Harton has become a city that can support residents that want to raise their families.

Many changes has been made in Harton. While buildings might be expected to develop, natural spaces such as the large lake has also shifted to become a smaller pond. Area that used to be Woodland has also been used to expand industrial complex. The expansion of the industry has impacted residential properties near that area aswell.

Residental areas are even narrowed as they are replaced with a shopping center. Entertainment has also been modernised by turning an old art center to a multi-screen cinema.
