Generally speaking, smoked food revealed three main steps that the intake of fresh air, the production of smoke and stored in a box on the ground.
Firstly, the use of fresh air into smokehouse typically through a main pipe in the left. Then, at that place, the lid used to it controlled the airflow perfectly. Secondly, the process of making smoke involves log woods burned for creating it before the smoke moves to another pipe to be ready completely, this pipe help to operate smoke from a combustion chamber to a sealed food box on the ground floor of the house. In the end, the food is preserved and smoked inside until it is taken out for meals.
