Dear aiprort’s customer service department staffs, I am writing this letter to inform you about what i experienced in your airport last week as a customer. It was a terrible experience for me because of your airport’s security department.
It was a first day of august, the weather was perfect for flight. It was a great sunday for me until I realized your security staff will destroy my whole week. Everything start after the first security check point. I had great experience with security staff who were working on the first gate. Then when I arrived second gate something have changed. The way they are treating me was awful. They were acting like I am a criminal person. They throw out everything in my luggae while I was trying to pass X ray machine 5 times without my belt, shoes, earings, wrislet, socks and even glasses. I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. Because of the duration of this processes I did not catch my flight.
I was going to business trip and It was an emergency meeting. Thanks to your security staffs you have. I did not attend meeting and I lost biggest customer I have ever worked.
You as a director have to fix this problem. I do not know what are you going to do but I have never experienced something like this and I know this is not a normal procedure. You have to change your staff’s behaviour to your customer. I will not use your airport again if you do not make immediate action.
