Band 5: Summarise the information be selectiong and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 1 Sample)

The diagram indicates the production of one of natural fuels, which is called ethanol.

Generally, it includes 6 consistent stages: harvesting, pre-processing, making cellulose, processing, making sugars and adding determinate microbes; before varied means of transport are filled with the fuel. Operating on ethanol cars and aircraft emit Carbon Dioxide to the atmosphere, which is caught by plants and recycled for their growth.

Initially, raw materials (trees and plants) are gathered with special equipment. Further, collected plants go through pre-process stage and cellulose is synthesised as an outcome. Next, cellulose is subjected to some influences and, as a result of this stage, sugars are produced. Then determinate microbes are supposed to be added so that we have got ethanol.

Finally, the biofuel is willing to be filled in transport. While cars and airplanes use ethanol, Carbon Dioxide is emitted from them to the atmosphere, where other trees absorb it from in order to grow. That is the end of the process, which is a start for a new process of producing ethanol as well.
