Overall, it can e easily seen from the diagram that it have five main steps to gain information and form it to a long-term memory. Started with input sensory to the brain and ended with a long-term memory.
First of all, the body will input sensories such as eyes, ears, skins and nose. These sensories will attact to the brain. After that, sensory input can be easily forgetted and some small things are changed to short-term memories. When short-term memories are successfuly changed, the brai will go to step 3. At step 3, if it put more attention and keep rehearsal, 2 things connected that will form the main informations.
After that, short-term memory will be transported to step 4: encoding the information. At the end, short-term memory is encoded to long-term memory.
