Breakfast and without including sugar, snaks have the least percentage of sodium and saturated fat with 14 – 21 and 14 – 16 percent. In those 2 specific meals the most percentage are of added sugar, especially snaks with 42 percent being the most sugar contained.
Meanwhile in dinner and breakfast there a popularity of saturated fat and Sodium. It contains approximately 40 percent of sodium and 27 percent of saturated fat. Also the sodium in dinner don’t have a lot differences from the sugar in snaks.
