The two maps depict the town of Norbiton industrial area at present, and proposed future plan for improvement.
Overall, industrial buildings will be expected to change houses. It can be seen from the maps, several facilities will be offered to build like recreational area, educational center and the infrastructure of the city will be developed.
Now, there is a big roundabout in the middle of the map, leading to three factories and a central road as well. To the east, there are five industrial buildings near to the road. In the northern side, there is a farmland and a long river, crossing the farming area. The blocked city is located in the western side.
In the future plan, there might be many improvements. To the east, there will be predicted a school which leads to the roundabout. For children, playground will be expected to build to the northeast side, close to the river. In the top, wide building will be proposed to construct to the place of farmland. Also, the bridge may be built over the river. To the southeast, healthcare will be offered to build, close to the roundabout and the shopping center could be constructed to the western side. Furthermore, small roundabout will be expected to build in the middle of the central road, leading to huge roundabout.
