The graph shows the percentages of audiences of media in UK in the year 1992.
Overall, the television was more attractive to people, espicially in the night time. While the radio was more used by people in the day time.
From 6 am to 1 pm people are more listening to radio more than watching TV, and their percentage increased steadily from 7 percent at 6 am to 28 percent at eight and half in the morning and that is the highest level of radio audiences, from then the audiences number decreased until it was 12 percent at 1 pm. Contrast to this trend TV’s audiences decreased slightly through this period, which moved from 0 percent at 6 am to 12 percent at 1 pm, and that was the time when the two corvs crossed each other.
The second period was between 1 pm to 2 am. In this period the number of TV’s audiences rose significantly, which reached 50 percent at 8 pm from that higher point fell down directly until it became 3 percent at 2 am. The radio audiences trend was to one direction, which continue decreasing slightly to be on the same value as TV at 2 am.
The third period was stable and the number of followers remained less until the 6 am in the next day.
