Overall, the EU, Japan and the US show a decreased of their share of household consumption. In contrast with China, India and others region that illustrate an increased.

The most notable decrease is in the EU, this showed the highest share in 2000 with 34.5% and the next years the share is projected to it droppes at 17.5% to 2025 and 7.5% to 2050. The second is the US this started in 2000 with 24.5% and it is estimated that it decreases 3.5% to 2020. On the same hand, Japan began with 10.5% in 2000, but to 2050 its percentage could be insignificant.
