Overall, the man-made process comprises several steps, starting with cultivating pineapples, followed by further processing stages, and ending with three different products which are available for humans to consump and export.
In the initial step, the pineapple seedlings are planted under the temperature 23-30 degrees celsius, with 26 centimeters of space between other pineapples. After 7 months, these plants are sprayed with ethylene in order to accelerate the growth process. This step takes 5 months, the result is the fully-grown pineapples having 30 height and 2 weight.
The procedure continues with the pineapples are infused into a big tank which contains water to eliminate the external dirt and impurities before being categorized into 3 types by relying on their size. The small and medium-sized are then peeled. The former are squeezed by an extractor and the latter are peeled into several thin pieces before being canned. the pineapples which have a big size are waxed and then put into several caters before exporting.v
