July was the hottest month for this group of cities. City A got a 30 celsius degrees, city C had 20 degrees and City B rose 25 degrees. In contrast, January was the coldest month. City A decreased to 5 degrees, City B declined to 0 degrees and City C fell to -5 degrees.
