In terms of life expectancy in 2008, the highest figure was in Japan at 82.7. As for the figure in Korea it was 79,2, similar to the figure in the U.S. (77,2). Regarding the fourth country which is Indonesia, it accounted for 70,9.
As for increase in life expectancy, Indonesia illustrated the greatest increase between 1996 to 2008, at 14,1. In Korea, it was approximately 5 figures lower, which was 9,3. Regarding Japan, it stood up at 5,1. Finally, the U.S. showed the smallest growth, at 3,2.
