The map gives information on how a library changed from 1975 to the present. Overall, the library has witnessed dramatic changes, mainly in the north and west of the town centre. These days, the library has become more modern and serviceable.

In 1975, a stair entrance was located in the north of the library, and to the right of it was an area for new books. People can find books and magazines in the northwest of the library. There were many bookshelves in the west of the library, and the others were in the opposite. Between two places for bookshelves were shared areas. In the east of the library was a desk for readers. A toilet was located in the south of the library, and an area for children’s books was to the right of it.

Now, one section of the new books area has been replaced with wheelchair access for disabled people. Books and magazines area has been converted into computer areas. The bookshelves have been removed to make room for a coffee shop. Shared areas with new tables and chairs have been relocated to in front of the children’s books area.
