Overall, it is noticeable that the percentage of secondary teachers under 30 years old in Japan and Czech Republic increased over the period, whereas the opposite was true for the figure of Brazil and Luxembourg.
In 2010, the percentage of teachers working at secondary school in Brazil was the highest, at 20%, followed by approximately 18% of Luxembourg. In 2014, Brazil and Luxembourg experienced a slight decrease of the teacher rate, accounting for 16% and 13% respectively. At the end of this period, both countries continued to decline significantly and hit the lowest point, about 14% for Brazil and 10% for Luxembourg.
At the beginning, the Czech Republic had the smallest proportion of secondary school teachers under 30 years old, at 5%, which was two times lower than the rate of Japan. The percentage of Japan had a significant growth to 13% in 2014, it still rose quickly and reached the peak of nearly 15%. Similarly, the proportion of teachers who aged under 30 years old and worked in secondary school in the Czech Republic increased slowly by 2% at the middle of the period, but this figure decreased steadily to 7% in 2017.
