Overall, there were 3 different types of fast food; pizza, fish and chips, and hamburgers. Throughout the total period, the level of consumption of hamburger and pizza increase significantly whereas the figure of fish and chips experienced some fluctuations and declined at the end.
In 1975, pizza was the most unpopular type of fast food, but during the period it showed a constant growth from the start to 1995, when its number reached almost 85, after which its value remained at tha same level till the end. The annual quantity of hamburgers eaten by each individual was approximately 10 times and from 1975 to 1985 its number raised substantially to 85. As for the last 15 years its figure showed a gradual increase, and peaked at 100.
Fish and chips was the most prefferable fast food in 1975 for Australian teenagers, but while the other figures grew with years, its quantity declined to 85 in 1980. After a slight increase of 10 units, its level decreased essentially, and bottomed with the results of consumption of 40 times per year.
