The maps show the major changes that will take place in an office building and the proposed layout as they are redeveloped.
Overall, the office building will be more efficiently utilized, with the expansion of office areas, a reduction in the number of green spaces and the disappearance of some facilities.
Looking first at the main section of the building, currently, walking through the entrance in the bottom right corner, there are four small offices, all of which are planned to be merged into two bigger ones, with the entrance also being relocated centrally between them. To the north, the kitchen and canteen will also be converted into offices. To the right of them, there lies the storeroom,which is the only room that will stay intact, while the adjacent small WCs will be removed .
Regarding the two wings of the building, which are now grassy areas, to the left wing, where an out door seating area will be set up at the top, and some additional chairs will be placed at the bottom part. As for the right wing, the grass will be replaced by a coffee machine and new WCs, which will be installed in the northern part and a meeting area with seating will be established in the southern part.
