Overall, while the northwest part of the layout remains largely the same, the other areas of the conference centre develop significantly. Key transformation includes the addition of several rooms and the expansion of the car park, making the conference centre convenient and improving the facilities.
In 2010, the northwest area of the centre consisted of two rooms and a hall, with the reception located just to the southeast of them. A large garden occupied most of the central area, and another garden was located in the northeast corner. The car park was situated near the top centre of the map, next to the garden.
In 2025, many changes are introduced. While the rooms, hall, and reception in the northwest remain in place, the central garden is reduced in size to make room for several new facilities in the southern part, including an IT centre in the southwest, a canteen and kitchen, two meeting rooms, a game room, and a music room. The garden in the northeast is replaced by a residence hall containing 20 rooms. Additionally, the car park is relocated to the southeast corner and significantly expanded.
