The map illustrates the transformation of a particular school since 1985. Overall, the school has been modernized and has more various sections for more students, including new facilities and classrooms. In addition, some areas have been changed such as the playing fields, the library and the main road.
In 1985, the playing fields waswere located in the south of the school, which was the largest area. Some facilities named the office and the library, were constructed on the left-hand side of the fields. In the north of the map, there was a car park which was surrounded by a main road. Another car park and classrooms were built in front of the library. The classroom block which had 2 floors was situated next to the playing fields.
At present, there have been significant changes to the school consisting of the reduction in size of the playing fields and the addition of new facilities. The playing fields were reduced to make way for both a pool and a fitness centre on the left-hand side. There have been more classrooms, which are located in the middle of the school’s vicinity. The road connecting with playing fields has been removed to make room for some trees. The main road has been rebuilt into a cre scent shape. The library has been replaced by a learning resources centre. The classroom block has been added with one more floor.
