Overall, the school has undergone significant expansion and modification to accommodate a growth in the student population from 1,500 to 2,300. The most notable changes are the enlargement of the main classroom block and the reduction of the playing fields to make way for new facilities.

In 1985, the school featured a two-storey classroom block. Currently, this structure has been expanded to three storeys. Furthermore, the playing fields, which were once extensive, have been reduced in size. A section of this area has been repurposed for the construction of a new sports centre and a personal room.

The entrance area has also seen developments. While the main car park remains in a similar location, it appears to have been altered or expanded. Additionally, a new local parking area has been established adjacent to the site of the former playing fields.

In summary, the school has been transformed from a more open campus into a more built-up environment, with enhanced buildings and new amenities at the expense of some green space.
