Overall, communal area underwent several modifications and became more convinient with the addition of furnitures and several household equipments.

A half decade ago, students communal layout has less opportunities. A roowas designed with four round tables, which could fit maximum 24 pupils. Cooking related sections including: cupboard, sink, two benches, microwave and fridge were positioned on the north side. Additionally, there was bookseld on the bottom of east corner.

At present, student common layout experienced several reconstructions. First, two round tables were replaced with on rectangular. This saves space for other new conveniences such as bench for laptops at the south side amd drinks machine on the north side. Bookseld was replaced with furniture and television on the right bottom corner. In the cooking area which is positioned on the top, one of benches was was reconstructed to another microwave.
