The chart illustrates the number (in %) of women who has been used as a workforce and as a manager among five countries. Overall, the general quantity of women used as a workforce much higher rather than managers.
Firstly, in Australia these numbers almost the same. 42% women have been doing work which requires force, and 43% of female work as managers. In contrast, Egypt has the lowest percentage of women who used as a labour force, which is 20%. In addition, it also has the second smallest number of women who work as managers.
On the other hand, Sri Lanka has the lowest percentage of women, who used as a labor force and the biggest gap, which is 32, between these two varients. Japan has superior rate of using female as a workforce and the average number, which is 17%, as managers. And last but not least, USA, who has the best ratio between both metrics. Here, the usage of female as a workforce take place as 46%, while 43% of women work as managers.
