In the pie chart, most students preferred video courses, and only a small propotion of student liked studying with a private tutor.
In 2007, just under 25 students studied in the library, but this number grew quickly to around 100 by 2010. The number of students who studied at home was approximately 50 in 2007, and it stayed between 50 and 75 during the four years.
In the pie chart, for the study style, video courses were the most popular, with 28% of students choosing this way, group study was next (24%). Only 7% of students liked studying with a private tutor.
In conclusion, between 2007 and 2010, the library became the most popular study location for Irish students, overtaking studying at home. At the same time, video courses were clearly the most preferred study method, while one-on-one tutoring was the least chosen.
