Overall,the consumption of rye and white bread increased and stay stable over the period given,while the brown and wholegrain were fluctuated . At the start of the period ,wholegrain was the most popular bread.Brown was the widely consumed in the middle of the period, and by the end, it was still most selectable bread.
With regards to the amount of wholegrain used,it began around 0.8 kilograms and then peaked at 1.8 kilograms in 2002 before falling dramatically to about 0.8 in the last year.Likewise ,approximately 0.6 kilograms of brown bread was in the first year,after which the figure extremely increased to 1.6 and fluctuated slightly to staied same in 2005.
