Overall, what stands out from the chart is that in the start of the graph wholegrain bread was the most expensive bread, but in the end of the period brown bread become the most expensive bread. Another interesting fact is that cost of wholegrain bread decreased considerably and the cost of rye remained stable, while the cost of white and brown increased significantly . In addition, the highest point was recorded in the cost of wholegrain bread in 2002.

Looking at the details for the cost of white and brown breads, the cost of white started at 0.6 in 2001 and this figure increased to just over 1.2 in 2006. As regards the cost of brown bread, it figures started at 0.6 in 2001. After that this figure had experienced a significant increase to 1.6 in 2003. Despite a slight decrease to 1.4 in 2004, it then recoverd to 1.6 in 2006.

Regarding the cost of wholegrain bread and the cost of rye bread , as for the cost of wholegrain bread started at 0.8, after it peaked at 1.8 in 2002. After this point it fell rapidly to just over 0.8 in 2006. As regard the cost of rye bread , it started at 0.6. Having dropped slightly tojust onder 0.6 in 2002, then this figure recovered margianlly to just onder 0.8 in 2006.
