Commencing the process, the person has to visit the license centre and fill the application form. After submission of application person has to take eye test. Further if the person clear the eye test, then he is eligible for written test after submitted the fees. It is compulsory to pass out the written test for further driving test. If the person fail in written test then he has to attempt test again. There are three chances to attempt the written test with the same fees. After the three chances he has to pay the fees again. However, he clear the written test, he has to clear driving test, whether he not pass out the driving test then he has to pay the fees another time and take part in driving test again. Moreover, clearing the driving test, driving license is issued to the candidate.
