Overall, people are used to car with the highest interested in over the period, even sligtly fell down to 50 percentage in 2020. Public transport steadily rose to 30 over 10 years, bicycle and walking showed the lowest using rate throughout decades.
In 2010, one of the main transport is that car which more than half of the population in London have driven it, prior to decreased to 50% in 2020. The second biggest transportation tools is public transport was accounting for about 25% in 2010, then it showed a constant increasing to 30% in 2020.
The percentage of users of bicycle in London depicted one of the lowest mode of transport in 2010, in contrast to many people don’t prefer to drive micro-mobility vehicle, then it steadily grow up to 10% in 2020. Walking stayed in the same position in 10% in both period, even this type of transport much healthier than car.
