Overall, over the time the expenditure in the health sector of Switzerland and Belgium for three consecutive years (2012, 2007 and 2002 respectively) are same and more than any other European regions that is 10% GDP for Belgium and in between 10% to 12% GDP for Switzerland. On the other hand, Estonia has least expenses in health and for all three years ( 2012, 2007 and 2002) it is 3% GDP.
