Overall, it is apparent that the money devoted to housing secured the highest position among four surveyed countries whilst health care accounted for the lowest proportion .Notably, the most significant difference could be witnessed in the figure for health care and housing in the USA.
In terms of housing, the USA took the lead, constituting more than a quarter.followed closely by the United Kingdom at approximately 24%.Japan and Canada spent slightly less on this category, around 22% and 21%, respectively.Regarding transportation, Canada was the country that spent the most money on this field, with 20%, which was doubled Japan’s expenditure.The USA and the UK occupied 16% and 15%, correspondingly, securing the second and third spot.The USA allocated the smallest proportion (around 13%), while Canada spent more at 15% whilst the UK and Japan spent the same amount of money, making up 20%, marking the highest spending on food among for counties.
Moving to the percentage of money allocated to clothing, Canada devoted the most in this field (around 7%), followed by the UK with 6%, Japan at nearly 5%, and the USA at just 3%.Meanwhile, money devoted to healthcare was the lowest sector among all categories.Canada again took the lead, recording about 4% whilst Japan amounted 2%, and both the two European nations occupied only 1%.
