Overall,there was a clear downward ternd in all categories except streaming.Although, the category downloads stood out as by far the largest spending at the beginning of the period.
It is noteworthy that, at the beginning of the period, The downloads ratio showed the highest share with 1541 million,while the categories music video and synchronisation royalties were much less popular with fewer that 100 millin for each category.In the meantime,the category CD came in a close second with 885 million,while streaming was with a hefty 700 million, but third placed.
By 2014,The downloads ratio again recorded the highest share; however, this figure showed a dramatic decrease by 241 million.Meanwhile,CD had dropped to third place with 719 million,later swapping places with the category streaming,which recorded a rapid increase from 700 million in 2013 to 860 million in 2014.As for music video, it recorded the smallest spending with a mere 10 million, and synchronisation royalties showed a slight decrease from 100 million in the initial year to 90 million by the end of the period.
