The graph depicts the proportion of households equipped with internet facilities in Germany, UK and Spain
To generalise, there is an overall increase in the percentage with respect to year. Germany has the highest percentage of households with internet access in the entire timeframe followed by UK and Spain. However, the difference has narrowed down significantly.
The Germans showed a handsome online presence with 70% in 2007. The number went up to 95% in 2019. On the other hand UK jumped from 60% to approximately 93% with an increase of 10% just between 2007-2019. Both of these nations observed a steady and stable growth. On the contrary, Spain registered an explosive growth rising to 90% from just 45% in 2007. One common trend that all three countries follow is higher rate of increment in 2007-2013 and a relatively lower rate of growth in 2015-2019.
To conclude, the graph shows how internet connectivity unfolded in three European countries.
