Overall, in the figure, it can be seen there are 3 companies. at the beginning of the graph IBM had the lowest rate of participation of men compared to other companies but at the end, it turned out to surpass other two companies and have the highest percentages. Among the rest of 2 organizations , most of the time, Microsoft tend to be low than apple but at the end of the illustration, it dramatically increased and overtook apple.
In 1980, IBM was the lowest one and has approximately 2%. It gradually rose and in 1990, it exceeded Microsoft by about 3%. After 5 years later, it transcended apple and reach around 24%. It remained this trend. finally in 2010, the last year of this chart, it gained 62% which is roughly exceeded 20% and 36% than the rest of the companies.
On the other hand, Microsoft was around 6% lower than apple which had the highest rate of participation of man, and it gradually show increase around 1% by 1% every 5 years. And in the last year, it extreme rocked and surpassed apple.
