Generally, it can be seen clearly that propotion of female living alone in all ages was outweigh that datas of male, and this trend touched the highest difference in the group of 85 years old and over. It can also be noticed vividly that in the pie chart the 2 bedroom house was the most typical type in single-person household in England.

Back to details, looking at the bar chart, the percentages of male living alone dominated the illustration in the three groups of ages which are sixteen to twenty four, twenty five to thirty four and thirty five to forty nine years old. The difference of the propotion between two genders in those group of age were just more than 10 percent for the adolescent group, slightly more than 20 percent for the 25 to 34 years old one and hold the highest propotion in mature group which was nearly 30 percent. Taken after this kind of houses, the 3 bedrooms houses was the second common choice which held twenty nine point eight percent. Followed those two types of houses, the one bedroom houses and four bedroom one held the thirth and forth positions with twenty eight percent and five point three percent respectively. Finally, the lowest propotion belonged to five bedrooms type of houses with just over one percent, less than nearly 30 times comparing with the highest percentage.
