There are two main factors that can be easily classified into two groups, namely sound-related factors and those associated with non-sound. Of the two groups, the latter is the smaller, with five factors, among which ‘Arriving late’ comes first, accounting for over 70%. There is a problem that the Tall people is more annoying than Armrest hogging, with figures of around 30% and 20% respectively.
