Overall, it is clear that cars secured the first position in all countries except France in terms of travelling, while British and French people used more bicycles than Americans and Italians. However, usage of motorcycles among youngsters in United Kingdom,France and Italy was identical.
In United Kingdom, 60 percent people used cars to travel, while this figure was exactly the same in among Americans. The percentage of car users in Italy was slightly higher at 75% whereas 40% population showed interest for driving in France. However, the proportion of bicycle riders was around 10% in United States and Italy which was 3 times less compared to United Kingdom’s figures. Furthermore, under 50 percent French people enjoyed riding bicycles.
