Overall, finance was the most popular subject between both genders, while engineering attracted the fewest students. Men were more likely to study economics and mathematics, whereas women showed a greater preference for marketing and accounting.
In terms of female students, finance was the most popular subject, with approximately 230 students, followed by accounting at 200. Around 110 women chose marketing, while the figures for mathematics and engineering were about 60 and 50 respectively. Economics was the least popular subject among women, at roughly 70 students.
Regarding male students, finance also attracted the highest number, at around 230 students. Mathematics was the second most popular choice, with 200 students, followed by accounting at approximately 170. About 150 men studied economics, which was more than twice the number of women in this subject. Meanwhile, marketing attracted around 70 male students, and engineering had a similar figure of approximately 50.
