Overall, it is clear that fathers did not devote neccessary attention on children’s evenning needs, whereas mothers took significant part of children’s care rather than fathers. Notably, Mothers played key role on their children’s dressing.
On closer inspection, mothers choosed most of the clothes for children, with approximately three-fourth of the total. Furthermore, this figure for both parents together accounted for just over 20%. While women spent half of their time to help children to do hometask, men did it, with taking just 10% of their total time. And the proprotion of time spent by both family members made up slightly less than 40%.
In 2022, mothers and fathers spent most of their time to play with their children together, this figure comprised 70%. Nevertheless, the proportion for remaining categories was less than 30%. Although, the shares of time taken by only mothers and both parents on preparing beds were similar, accounting for 42% and 50%, respectively, men did not like to spend their time for bed preparing.
