In Europe, in both 25-35 and 35-45 the changes are same, both of them decreased for 1 years within 20 years. The 25-35 age group declined from 5 to 4 years and 35-45 from 7 to 6 years.
Another region is the USA where also registered the falling in average years to stay in one occupation. In 1985, the 25-35 age group stayed in one job for 4 years, while the 35-45 age group stayed for 6 years; however, both of them decreased by 1 year in 2005.
