The bar chart illustrates the past and future estimation for reforestation in five categories over a period spanning from 1990 to 2030. On the other hand, the pie chart depicts the ratio of people’s opinion on tree plantation.
Overall, it is clear that all of the regions will increase in the percentage of reforestation in the future, where Ireland is leading and Hungary witnesses the lowest percentages in all years. In contrast, the majority of people were concerned about the tree plantation, whereas only few people shared no opinion on this matter.
In terms of bar chart, initially, Ireland showed 1.4% of reforestation rates, which is expected to reach nearly 1.7% in the future; slightly followed by Tasmania from 1.5% to 1.6% in the next 20 years. Subsequently, Thailand and the other parts of the world share a similar trend, but with a slight increase in the future projections of the world to 1.4%. However, Hungary experienced the lowest proportion, commenced at 0.5% and anticipated to culminate at 1.1% in the near future.
Regarding the pie chart, most of the people were concerned about planting trees and steeply followed by the ratio of very concerned, 36% and 31% respectively. Conversely, only 5% of people revealed no opinion, at the same time, 28% of citizens expressed they were unconcerned in this issue.
