Overall,the group of 13 years old studens higher than 9 years old students in Japan.On the other hand,9 years old learners is slightly more than the group of 13 years students.Moreover,global average and United states is looking similar for both groups of students.
In Japan the number of 13 years old per class reached to the peak it is almost 37 learners.On the flip side,around 31 number of students are in the age of 9 years.but it is completely different in Hong kong in one class.
