The bar chart showed the quantity of foreign visitors going to a particular country in 2019 and 2020 while the table compared the yearly salary of four businesses in XCountry from 2007 to 2008.
Overall, in 2007,there was a slight decline in the quantity of foreign visitors to XCountry between 2007 and 2008, wherein China and Japan attracted the highest number of tourists in 2007. Likewise, there was a significant decrease in the annual income of various companies between 2007 and 2008 in the same country.
There were about 3000 thousands of tourists visiting China and Japan in 2007, taking up the first position in 2007 and then descended moderately by 1 million foreign visitors in 2008. Similarly, Australia and Europe witnessed a downward trend (from 2500 to 2200 and from 2300 to 1000, respectively). Meanwhile, the US and Canada had a significant decline of 2 million tourists between 2007 and 2008.
From the latter chart, it can be seen that the annual salary of the hotel and resort industry led revenue at 3.5 million dollars, followed by restaurant, bar, and souvenir shops at 2.4 million dollars. The income from transportation and travel agents was 1.3 million dollars, nearly equal to this figure of tour guides, small vendors, and other services with 1.4 million dollars.
There, however, was a significant decrease in earnings of all categories in 2008. Wherein the income hotel and resorts earned per year decreased considerably by 3 millions dollars, whereas there was a slight reduction in the earnings of tour guides, small vendors, and other services with only 1.1 million dollars. Meanwhile, restaurants, bars, & souvenir shops and transportation & travel agent fell from 2.4 million dollars to 1.2 million dollars and from 1.3 million dollars to 0.4 million dollars, in order.
