The chart illustrates the group of young adults separated by gender from the age of 18 to 20 who participated in different activities in the urban areas in a month in 2015.
In general, there was a great difference in the number of males and females playing football while cycling was popular for both genders in this particular period of the year 2015.
To begin with, it could be seen that cycling is the most popular leisure activity for both genders, 35% of males and 5% more females participating. On the other hand, both of the groups spent the least time paying attention to taking part in hockey activities, with males above 10% and females at nearly 5%
Furthermore, football and basketball players were both dominated by mostly males over females, with football nearly 35% higher than female players, which only counterpart by 52%, and basketball roughly 20% smaller than male players, which was 12%. Meanwhile, there was a contrast in swimming when more young female adults preferred swimming than males (35% with 20%).
