This rise has been primarily driven by people in higher education in 2010, which started at the highest position around 58% in country, but afterward experienced a significant decrease to 40% in country b. From country c to country d, the figure increased from just over 50% to 80%, which recorded the highest percentages.
Meanwhile, people in higher education in 2005 demonstrated some of the highest percentages. In country a, it started at just below 50%. However, afterward it experienced a significant decline to around 38% in country b. From country c to country d it faced an increase around 51% to approximately 65%.
