The bar chart illustrates the weights of produced fruits such as oranges, apples, pears, and peaches in one Australian state in 1995, 2005, and 2015.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that the most popular fruit was pears. However, it is the only fruit that decreased in production all over the period.
To start with, in 1995, in one Australian state was produced about 70 million kg oranges, which is less than number of produced apples by 10 million kg. Then, after 10 years, the weight of oranges produced reached 80 million kg, but apples again were ahead and had 110 million kg. In the last year, these figures reached their peaks with 90 million kg and 120 million kg.
At the start of the period, pears production had the greatest number with around 130 million kg; by contrast, peaches had the smallest number among other fruits with only 40 million kg. Over the following 10 years, the weight of pears produced fell gradually and reached 100 million kg, whereas peaches showed the opposite trend and grew to 60 million kg. Finally, in 2015 produced 90 million kg and 70 million kg of pears and peaches, respectively.
