At cursory glance, there was very ups and downs occurs in the poupulation of tigers from 1972 to 2002 at in tiger reserve in india. Neverthless the perportion rose in every eary as compared to started year. The habitat of tigers grows rapidaly in five different tiger reserves over the years while The amount of tigers in the bandipur was more then the other reserves of tiger in indea. And Buxa has least numbers of tigers.
In 2002 the population of tigers were went up dramatically upto 1576 which was huge number of population as compared to in 1997 which is quite less about 1498. In 1995 the amount of tigers growth gradually droped in contrast with numbers of inhabitants increased in1993. In 1995 the growth is 1333 while in 1993 it is 1366. From 1972 to 1989 the population rose from 268 to 1327 which is quite impresive.
In 2002 Bandipur reserve of tigers had almost 250 tigers which was largest amount from all other reserves. Corbet and Kanha had almost same amount 140 0r 130 respectively in 2002.Sundraban has 2 tigers in 1979 which rose and reached to 60 in 2002. While Buxa had no tigers in 1979 after that in 1979 it has 1 tiger which increased to 20 in 2002 although it was least in tiger poupulation from all.
