overall, it is clear that Paris had the longest railway system , while Madrid and Berlin had the shortest one. In contrast , Lisbon recorded the highest number of pessengers, while Madrid and Berlin had the lowest one.

Looking at the first chart , Paris had ahead 394 , while Stockholm has a smaller system with 199 km. With Lisbon at 155 and Rome at 126 , the kelometres of route were almosr identical.Madrid and Berlin had the shortest one that other cities , at only 11 km and 28 km.

Regarding to the number of passengers, Lisbon remained the most popular with 1927 million passengers, whereas Madrid and Berlin were the leasr common with 45 and 50 millions.In contrast, Stockholm is second with 1191, followed by Paris 775 million passengers. In Rome the number of railway passengers was only 114 million .
