Regarding female employment, in 2005, the highest rate was in Ireland at about 45%, while Australia followed closely at 38%. Japan recorded the lowest rate for women in 2005, at about 30%. By 2015, the female employment rate in Ireland increased to 50%. Australia saw a substantial rise in female employment, reaching around 55%. Japan’s female employment rate also increased to approximately 35% in 2015.
