It is clear that the percentage of employment in three countries by sexual gender showed an upward trend over the given peridod. In addition to, the figure for Australia experienced dramatic increase whrease the figure for Japan and Ireland grow up sightly.
At the start of the period, the proportion of women in employment in Australia experienced the dramatic increase, which grow to 15% while the percentage of female’s Japan increased sightly, with one in ten. Moreover, the figure for female’s Ireland had same pattern with women’s employment in Japan’s figure.
In Ireland, there was a modest growing in the figure for male’s employment, which had the same percentage of man’s employment in Australia in 2015, with 70%. Futhermore, the year 2015 witnessed a significant increase of 10% was seen in the proportion of male’s employment in Japan, which was the highest percentage in the survey.
