The two bar charts provide information on the number of international and local students enrolled in Bond University’s Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Law programs from 2010 to 2012.
Overall, the number of local students enrolled in science courses gradually decreased, while the number of international students increased at a similar pace. However, the number of enrollees in law programs, both local and international, showed a stable trend.
In terms of students applying for science, local students had the highest enrollment numbers in 2010, with almost 1000 students enrolling in these courses, whereas international students numbered nearly 400 in that same year, which is less than half the local figure. By 2012, international students exceeded local students, reaching approximately 800 students.
Moreover, law enrollment did not change significantly. Local students had the highest enrollment compared with international students, ranging from 400 to 450 students during these three years. International enrollment steadily dropped each year, falling to approximately 150 students in the third year.
