The bar graph above depicts the quantity of carbon emissions in six different countries: USA, Germany, United Kingdom, China, Canada, and India during three years, 1975, 1990, and 2005.
Overall, it is seen that USA and China where the top producers of carbon emissions in 2005, whereas the UK, Germany, and Canada represented the bottom half. While USA has been the top producer since 1975 with a slight increase of emissions in the following 30 years, China’s carbon skyrocketed since three decades ago, when it emitted approximetaly 300,000 tonnes; meanwhile, in 2005, the emissions reached around 1,500,000 tonnes.
Furthermore, Germany’s releases of carbon slightly declined since 1975, in contrast, India’s emissions has seen an increase of almost 300% in between the 30 years of the study. Additionally, Canada and the United Kingdom have kept an overall steady line. The UK had a minimum decrease between 1975 and 1990 and a slight increase until 2005. On the other hand, Canada has maintained a steady but minimum uprise in the three decades reported.
